Reiki Treatment

Reiki healing sessions are carried out in my therapy treatment room in Essex, my fee is just £25 per pre booked session and each session is of one hours duration and always on a one to one basis.
All sessions are completely private and you will be treated in a warm relaxing and safe environment.
All information discussed with the client, is always treated in the strictest confidence as per the Reiki code of ethics.

What happens during a Reiki healing session?
During a session the client is given Reiki on a treatment couch or seated if preferred, the energy starts to be channelled when I place my hands on or just a little above the client.The client may feel a sense of tingling, heat or perhaps cold on certain areas of the body, this is perfectly normal and it is because the Energy is constantly flowing from the source, through the Practitioner and into the client. During a session the client may feel very chilled out and possibly fall into a very pleasant and relaxing sleep.
Reiki works on all levels : Mental, emotional, physical and spiritual, and is a very effective therapy in the treatment of stress and for the benefit of relaxation. Reiki works on all these levels to rebalance our natural flow of Ki (our individual life force energy), the energy can help all conditions and all ailments, this life force energy has no boundaries and only works in a positive and loving way to help the client on all their individual levels.
